Community Events

I am proud to back a number of technology advocacy sessions and events throughout the year. I am proud to contribute to the Microsoft SQL Server, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V communities!

sql saturdayFirst, SQL Saturday is a free one-day training event for SQL Server professionals. They are popping up all over the country, and during the year, at least one event is occurring almost every Saturday. These events feature local and nationally-known speakers, and provide a variety of high-quality technical sessions. I spend a number of my Saturdays attending and speaking at these events. I also speak at a number of SQL Server User Groups from around the USA. Speaking at these various events expressed just some of the ways I feel I should give back to the community, and I’m honored to be selected to speak at these events to share my knowledge with those who want to learn.

Virtualization is one of my favorite topics. I speak about virtualization and SQL Server virtualization at a number of VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V events around the country. Below is a list of the SQL Saturday, SQL Server, and virtualization events that I have spoken at or will be speaking to.
